Timothy Unruh, NAESCO's Executive Director, will be our guest speaker to discuss the basics of ESPCs and ideas for future ESPCs!

The Energy Service Company (ESCO) business has been around for 40+ years and continues to thrive today. We will start by reviewing the basics of the industry and its Energy Savings Performance Contract (ESPC) product. Included with this will be a case study to show how it really can work. After establishing a solid foundation, we will move into some new thoughts about ESPCs and where they could go. We will cover project leveraging, the role of Grid-interactive Efficient Buildings (GEBs), Energy as a Service and NAESCOs new efforts to secure legislation for our Sustainable Capital Improvement Project (SCIP).
