On April 29, 1:00 pm EDT, the U.S. Department of Energy State and Community Programs (SCEP) office continues its educational webinar series focused on Energy Savings Performance Contracting (ESPC) in the non-federal sector. Courtney Bonas of the California Department of General Services will share perspectives on “Modernizing State Facilities” and what is required for project success.
