What You'll Do

This role will work both independently and as part of the Innovation/R&D Team to design, develop and release to production new and innovative design solutions and products for our construction industry customers to deliver disruptive technology solutions for the construction and home improvement industry.


The engineering manager will bridge the gap between the technical and management aspects of a project, ensuring that engineering efforts align with company goals and timelines.   This role may involve both people management and technical oversight.

QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS:

  • The ideal candidate will have a strong background in designing, analyzing, and maintaining low flow/high pressure pump systems. 
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, or a related field; Electrical Engineering degree preferred.
  • Proven experience in designing electrical controls
  • At least 8 years engineering experience.  
  • 2+ years of experience in engineering project management

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Project Management:

  • Lead and manage engineering projects, including planning, execution and monitoring,
  • Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure project milestones are achieved.
  • Identify and mitigate risks to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Prepare and present project status reports to stakeholders.

Technical Engineering:

  • Provide technical guidance and support to the engineering team.
  • Oversee design, development, and testing of high-quality engineering solutions.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  • Review and approve technical documentation, including specifications, drawings, and reports.
  • Implement best practices and innovative solutions to enhance project outcomes.

High-Quality Product Development:

  • Drive the development of high-quality products by establishing and enforcing rigorous engineering standards and processes.
  • Conduct regular design reviews and product testing to ensure adherence to quality specifications.
  • Integrate customer feedback and industry trends into the product development process.
