Introduction:
This meeting is to strategize an approach for each state being considered. It is recognized that some states have more/less activity than others. The people/companies listed below are not expected to be presenters, but discussion leaders. This meeting is for full and affiliate member company employees only, except where NAESCO has specifically invited a key ally for our industry. Space is limited to 75 people and 2 representatives per company.
Agenda (all times Eastern Time):
11:00 AM - Discussions with Miracle Wilson, Energy Project Manager II of Georgia Environmental Finance Authority; and Bill Kent Executive Director of AEE will join us through lunch. They will give a short talk about what they see happening and updates they can share. Bring your questions, as it will be an informal time for them to speak with us.
Miracle Wilson, Energy Project Manager II, Georgia Environmental Finance Authority (GEFA)
Miracle works as an Energy Project Manager ll at Georgia Environmental Finance Authority (GEFA), where her focus is the state's Energy Revolving Loan Fund, Energy Performance Contracting, and advancing energy efficiency initiatives within the building sector via energy codes. Currently, she is working on helping launch a state revolving loan fund to provide funding for energy audits, retrofits, and upgrades in the residential and small commercial space. Before joining GEFA, she worked in the recycling and sustainability space diverting millions of pounds of electronics, textiles, and household items/furniture from landfills.
Miracle is passionate about building a more energy-efficient and sustainable future since graduating with a B.S. in Environmental Science from University of South Carolina and becoming a Sustainability Ambassador for the City of Atlanta.

Bill Kent, Executive Director, Association of Energy Engineers
Bill has served as Executive Director of AEE since November 2017, succeeding Al Thumann, Founder of AEE. Bill has been involved in the energy management industry for over 30 years and brings expertise in energy efficiency, automation, building systems, and executive leadership. He has led many key initiatives at AEE and has been managing the day-to-day operations of the organization since his previous role as Managing Director.
His current focus is to promote the vision and mission of AEE to both developed and developing countries around the world – reducing energy use and greenhouse gas emissions and improving the quality of life and economic advancement by providing solutions for an efficient, affordable, reliable, and sustainable energy future.
Bill attended the University of Georgia and is a Certified Energy Manager® (CEM®) and serves on numerous Boards and Advisory Groups.
