Upgraid

About

Upgraid’s objective is to make building upgrades dramatically easier for both owners of buildings and upgrade providers. Our bespoke dataset and AI model can - without physical inspections or new data - develop a view on the systems in and condition of any building in North America. We use this to help providers of building energy upgrades, utilities, energy efficiency programs, etc. do three things:

• Target customers / buildings that would most benefit from - and can afford - energy upgrades (e.g., Which buildings need to replace HVAC systems in the coming 1-2 years? Where is there damage to roofs or leaky envelopes? Which districts have bonds coming to maturity?)
• Prepare more insight based early customer discussions in a fraction of the time (e.g., show up to the first meeting understanding their portfolio, finances, stakeholders, partners, and likely upgrade measures)
• Assess feasibility faster, easier, and cheaper by simply uploading a utility bill, condition assessment, or other information into the Upgraid platform
• Propose to those targets much faster and easier (e.g., more seamlessly generate proposals combining customer input, building conditions, funding plans, etc.)

Our ESCO customers have found improvements in lead quality, reductions in cost of sales, accelerated time from first approach to RFP, and increases in conversion rates.
