About
Upgraid’s objective is to make building upgrades dramatically easier for both owners of buildings and upgrade providers. We've built a bespoke dataset and AI model to understand the built environment. We can - without physical inspections or new data - understand the systems in and condition of any building in North America. We use this to help providers of building energy upgrades, utilities, energy efficiency programs, etc. do three things:
- Target customers / buildings that would most benefit from - and can afford - energy upgrades (e.g., which buildings need to replace HVAC systems in the coming 1-2 years? Where is there damage to roofs or leaky envelopes?)
- Prepare a much more compelling first meeting with those prospects in <5% of the time it typically takes (e.g., have an accurate business case analysis and funding plan in the first meeting)
- Propose to those targets much faster and easier (e.g., more seamlessly generate proposals combining customer input, building conditions, funding plans, etc.)
Our customers have found substantial improvements in lead quality, reductions in cost of sales and sales cycles, and increases in conversion rates.
