Webinar - Understanding and Designing for Resilient Exterior Lighting
Webinar - Understanding and Designing for Resilient Exterior Lighting
Monday, February 26, 2024 (2:00 PM - 3:00 PM) (EST)
Description
Good exterior lighting design enhances the outdoor environment while providing necessary illumination for civilian use and safety. PV-integrated luminaires ("solar fixtures") are an effective tool to provide appropriate light levels for safety and comfort, while improving sustainability, integrating carbon reduction goals and reducing operating costs. Solar lighting can also be used to improve the resiliency of the exterior lighting system, mitigating the disruption and safety concerns caused by grid interruption. In this webinar, learn the essentials of integrating PV luminaires into your designs, as well as tips and best practices to ensure client satisfaction.
