This session examines how early envelope integration can materially improve project economics. Sequencing decisions can influence total contract value — and the timing of envelope integration can materially strengthen overall proposal quality and competitiveness.

  1. Evaluate how early integration of building envelope ECMs can affect overall financial performance within a bundled ESPC.
  2. Explain how sequencing envelope measures alongside other ECM categories influences system interactions and project design decisions.
  3. Assess how envelope integration strategy can strengthen proposal differentiation and competitive positioning in ESPCs.
  4. Analyze baseline uncertainty associated with envelope ECMs and identify methods to manage modeling risk in performance contracts.
