Description

The Build America Buy America Act (BABA) establishes domestic preference requirements for the construction materials and products acquired for federally funded improvements. The Inflation Reduction Act (IRA) requires domestic content to be used to take advantage of tax credits. This legislation, along with agency regulations, has transformed the domestic preference landscape. This webinar will explain domestic content rules in light of these changes and explore the practical effect of those rules on ESCO projects.
